Biography
Frank Hughes is certified in Structural Integration from the Florida School of Massage and has been a nationally-certified massage therapist since 1991. Over the years Frank has been certified in many western modalities of healing such as connective tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy, shiatsu, myofascial release, cranial sacral therapy, trager, and spent 6 months in Thailand studying with master teachers Picheste, Chaiyuth, Mama Nitt, Asokanada, and Chongkol. He has worked in a variety of settings ranging from complimatary care center to holistic spas including the GoodLife Spa in St.Marten, and the Yoga Center of Negril. He is also a ceritifed hatha yoga teacher from Sadie Nardini and gyrokinesis and gyrotonic apprentice from Body Evolution and has been trained in pilates mat with Kelly Kane and Linda Farrelll.
Frank is adept at integrating his wealth of experience to meet his client’s needs.
Some clients see Frank simply for a deeply relaxing thai massage experience, allowing him to help unwind their bodies holding patterns and releasing physical and emotional energy blocks, while others come in with specific aches and pains and or chronic tension, in which case he will suggest movement therapy programs based on the particular needs of the client.
